A new position exists for an energetic sales representative specializing in ag services for California and Northwest regions by marketing our patented, superior process of soil development. Existing sales networking and an understanding of vineyard and orchard development is an advantage. Possess strong communication skills and be a motivated self-starter who is prepared to travel throughout the agricultural areas of California. You will be responsible for daily territory management and revenue growth through visits to various customer job sites/offices, developing a networking list of potential clients and developing, planning and organizing sales strategies.  Proven track record with 3 to 5 years of outside sales experience within the Farm Machinery / heavy equipment/construction markets a must. Candidates with solid equipment operation experience welcomed. University degree or exceptional record with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising outside sales of agricultural equipment preferred. Valid driver's license and background check required along with the ability to speak English and Spanish. Benefits include paid vacation, holidays, sick leave, health insurance and 401K plan.
